 Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor
Goal for this position
Develop and maintain excellent Customer Service by providing support and information to the World Library Publications and JS Paluch customer service teams.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage department workflow, schedule, and attendance records
  • Provide support, training, and information to the Customer Care Team
  • Answer and troubleshoot  customer inquiries about products, services, basic reprint permissions, and billing
  • Check website orders, e-mail, delegate customer orders and inquiries to team as needed
  • Provide basic support to customers with inquiries about the functionality of the WLP website
  • Obtain and share product information with customer care team to improve service to our customers
  • Implement standards for achieving and maintaining uniformity in data entry for orders and customer records
  • Maintain backorder status files and assist with the tracking of lost orders
  • Oversee maintenance of customer mailing records
  • Oversee the printing of orders and monthly billing statements
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist with Parish Development Consultants and District Manager inquiries
  • Assist Accounting Department as requested
  • Assist WLP Worship Resources Specialist/Marketing Department with annual Worship Resource Renewal campaigns 
  • Run sales reports, subscription rate registers, and other reports as needed
  • Process returns
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Filing and other various office duties
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager
  • Participate in staffing for exhibits and other off site events, evenings and weekends, as needed
  • 3-5 years customer service or related experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office software
  • Familiarity with Roman Catholic, liturgical, and/or musical terminology preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Extra  hours are required during busy times to ensure that all orders and customers’ requests are processed in a timely man
