Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinating the production of weekly Parish Bulletins & Newsletters.

Receive transmissions from churches – verify incoming files for format and accuracy. Working primarily with Adobe Acrobat in merging corresponding AD pages with a given Parish Bulletin and/or Newsletter. Scanning jobs into Tracking System with proper codes. Drag and Drop processed files into appropriate workflow folders. Ability to lift 35 pounds to shoulder height.

Investigate and answer customer questions/complaints in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team player
Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and a general understanding of Adobe InDesign.
Work Schedule – Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Over time as required
Work Schedule – Part Time: Tuesday – Friday 10 AM – 5:00 PM
