We are very excited to announce the 2.7B upgrade. Our customer's suggestions are very important to us and are applied to the program upgrades. The 2.7B version of PCMS was released in December 2003. The following enhancements and updates have been included in the 2.7B upgrade.

• Fixed the “diocenv Can’t Find This Field” error while printing labels
• Can print labels without the additional leading zeros
• Fixed problem printing Census labels in all upper case
• Fixed the “Can’t Open Input File” error when opening Census for Census Only programs
• Fixed the problem “Can’t find File” when deleting individuals from Census for the
  programs without the Schedules module
• Can edit the label definitions to print Census labels using the First and Last name fields
  only

• When exporting contribution transactions the field already has an index error has been
  corrected
• Fixed problem printing contribution labels in upper case
• Fixed the ”Data Type Don’t Match” error when printing statement number 5 for
  all balances at the end of a quarter
• A Total Paid field (Amount Paid + Gifts/Down Payment) has been added to the pledge
  statements
• Fixed Pledge Variance report can print in Name or Envelope number order correctly
• Can create a batch with totals like $114,187.37. The Batch Total field will no longer drop
  the $.07 cents
• Pledge statement will print correctly when the current amount due is zero
• Pledge statement will print if the pledge has been paid in full 100% and the include zero
  balance option has been checked
• Can print pledge statements using an active filter
• Pledge will print on the Pledge Drive Report even when nothing has been paid toward the
  pledge
• Can print pledge statements by name with stub correctly
• The current amount on the pledge drive report has been corrected, will not print zero for
  current amount due when in fact the pledge payments are past due
