Census

The Census module is the center of the Paluch Church Management
System and is dedicated to membership tracking. In the Census module
you can record family, individual, group, skills, and notes information.
The data you enter into the Census module can be used to print records,
labels, letters and reports.

Contributions
Screens |
|
The Contributions module records all contributions the parishioners
make to the funds you establish. Contributions can be tracked as
donations or pledges. The PCMS program can automatically record
the envelope number and pertinent family information in the Contributions
module as you enter your census data.

Financials

|
The Financials module works as an automated checkbook. Within this
module you can enter detailed Account, Category, Vendor and Transaction
information. Financials allows you to set up monthly and/or yearly
budgets to assist you in monitoring your income and expenses. Once
the Account, Category, Vendor and Transaction information is entered,
you can generate checks, reports and can perform a bank-reconciliation
on any account.

Sacraments

The Sacraments module stores detailed sacramental information for
the members of your parish to print Baptismal certificates. You
may import the sacramental information recorded for a member in
the Census module or you may enter all information directly into
the Sacraments module

Schedules
Screens |
The Schedules module allows you to schedule masses and other parish
events for your members as well as the facilities in which to hold
the events. Events may be one-time or recurring. The Schedules module
uses the individual and group information from the Census module to
help you to create flexible schedules.
