you offer technical support?
Answer: Yes, as a
new customer you automatically receive 90 days free access to the
Customer Support Hotline. In about 90 days, you will receive an
invoice for either $300 if you have PCMS installed on a single computer,
or $500 if you have PCMS installed on a network. Annual support
entitles you to unlimited phone support and all future upgrades
and maintenance releases when they are offered (during the 12 calendar
months of your support).
Question: What
does support include?
Answer: Annual support
entitles you to unlimited access to the hotline during the business
hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. You
will also receive all future upgrades and maintenance releases when
they are offered (during the 12 calendar months of your support).
Question: Can I still call
for support if I do not want the annual support?
Answer: Yes, we will
invoice you $25.00 per 15-minute call, with the minimum charge being
$25.
Question: Can
I import my current data from another program into the PCMS program?
Answer: We offer a
conversion service for a fee. Contact the help desk at (800) 621-6732
for pricing information to convert your current database program
into our PCMS program.
Question: Are
there Census forms available?
Answer: Yes, we have
Census forms available for purchase; contact the help desk for more
information.
Question: Can I print labels
from your program?
Answer: Yes, you can
print labels from the Census, Contributions, and Schedules modules.
Question: Can
I install PCMS onto more than one computer?
Answer: Yes, if you
purchase the multi-user version of the program you can use the program
on up to 3 computers, additional licensing is required to use the
program on more than 3 computers.
Question: Can
I export information to a file in an ASCII text format?
Answer: Yes, you can
export Census and Contributions information to an ASCII text file.
PCMS can also be exported into other file types like an excel spreadsheet,
database file, or to the clipboard for example.
Question: Can
I print a report listing birth dates of individuals?
Answer: Yes, you can
run the Census Individual Age Listing report. Individual Age Listing
report will list the ages and the birth dates.
