Calendar customers have the option of the insertion of a Pre-Planning Card for only 3¢ per copy. This card is inserted in front of the January grid page just under the cover of the calendars. There is a choice of two Pre-Planning cards: (1) the Pre-Planning Card/Pre-Arrangement Card, which includes a return/reply card requesting further information about funeral plans and is available with (a) a personalized return address or (b) a J.S. Paluch return address; (2) the Pre-Planning/Pre-Arrangement Card, which includes a return/reply card requesting further information about funeral plans and is available with a J.S. Paluch return address.
